Our helpdesk is based in Milton Keynes and our technical staff offer support for all clients during office hours. A Range of support options are available to meet your needs, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We aim to answer all calls within 3 rings and our customer service department ensure that looking after you and your concern is our priority. If you are not able to get through to the person you want to speak with, all phones are equipped with voicemail so any caller can leave a message and we will call you right back!

 

Our team is comprised of a friendly, enthusiastic and professional personnel who take great pride in seeing our customers be successful.

 

Safenames operate a 24 hour emergency phone helpdesk. In the event of an emergency, you can phone Safenames during any time and selecting option 2 for out of hours. This will put you through to an out of hour’s technician who will be able to assist you.

 

Safenames Helpdesk and Technical teams constantly and proactively monitor our network and servers to ensure service uptime guarantees are exceeded. Active monitoring allows us to detect and repair any issues before they cause and outage.
